Stanley H. Kremen, CDP is licensed to represent clients in obtaining patents as a Registered Agent before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  He performed his undergraduate work in chemical engineering at the City College of New York, and his graduate work in physics at the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and in computer science at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.  He earned his CDP certification from the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals.  He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the National Association of Patent Practitioners (NAPP), the Patent Information Users Group (PIUG), and the National Society of Inventors (NSI).  He lectured widely on the subject of computer litigation at the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE).

Mr. Kremen has much experience working the fields of optics, lasers, and holography.  He holds patents and has pending patents on motion picture holography.  His computer experience dates back to 1958.  He has been a self-employed computer consultant since 1980.  He began working as a computer forensic consultant and technical expert witness in 1984.  He testified in a number of cases in state and federal courts including those involving performance litigation, copyright infringement litigation, and patent infringement litigation.  He has filed and prosecuted patents in the fields of manufactured articles, optics and holography, propulsion systems, computer software, and business methods, among others.

 

David M. Gange, Ph.D. is licensed to represent clients in obtaining patents as a Registered Agent before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Dr. Gange received a Bachelor of Science Degree, with Honors in Chemistry, from Tulane University, and a Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry from The Ohio State University.  After receiving his Ph.D. he accepted a post-doctoral position at Columbia University in New York City.  During his career in research at the American Cyanamid Co., Dr. Gange worked designing and synthesizing new active chemical entities.  Following stints at two pharmaceutical startups, Dr. Gange started Altimatia in 2003, providing patent searching and prosecution services, specializing in the chemical and business method arts.


Michel Marchau is a European Patent Attorney licensed to practice before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Patent Offices of Belgium and Luxemburg  and to represent clients for patents, designs, and trademarks.  He studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Gent (Belgium).  His technical areas are in: Telecommunications and IT; High frequencies and antennas; General and Applied Electronics; Medical Apparatus; Electrical and Mechanical systems.  His working languages are Dutch, English, French and German.  He has had many years of experience as examiner (search and examination) in the IIB (Institut International des Brevets) and the European Patent Office.  He was a Director in DG1 (The Hague, Netherlands) in charge of the technical area Telecommunications (H04).  He was also a Principal Director in DG2 (Munich, Germany) in charge of different areas: quality control, formalities, recruitment and training, introduction of BEST, etc.  Further, he has had several years of experience working in a large Patent Bureau in Munich.

 

Miguel Ángel García Ladrón De Guevara is a Patent Attorney in Mexico.  He is the director partner of a patent law firm in Mexico, and also heads the Technology and Patent area by coordinating a work group formed by professionals graduated with PhD, and post-doctorate studies awarded both in Mexico and abroad, in the fields of chemical engineering, molecular biology, biotechnology, immunology, electronics, and telecommunications. He also is engaged in drafting patents, complex litigations related to cancellation actions and infringements, drafting expert opinions, answering to official letters to defend patents and patent applications with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology (1984) at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Mexico D.F. He has had Master studies on Marine Ecology, and Biotechnology, at the Centro de Investigación Científica y Estudios Superiores [Scientific Investigation and Postgraduate Studies Center] in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico (1986).  He has also had Organizational Management Master studies at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (1997).  He has further had specialized law studies on Industrial and intellectual Property, at the Universidad Panamericana, México, City (2003). He is fluent in Spanish, and English.



A.Todd Mayo is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.  He is a native of North Brunswick, New Jersey. He was a member of The United States Air Force for five years. He formed a partnership with Allen Russ, Esq. in 1997. Mr. Russ has since retired. Mr. Mayo is a member of The East Brunswick Chamber of Commerce, the New Jersey Bar Association, The Middlesex County Bar Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association, and The American Immigration Lawyers Association.  Mr. Mayo not only practices law but was also appointed as a Municipal Court Judge in East Brunswick since 2003.
